Good Bad Golf Shipping Processes

  • Orders are processed and collected from our Australian warehouse Monday - Friday AWST

  • All accessory items are shipped from our warehouse unless otherwise stated on product page

  • All apparel is made to order and shipped from Australia

  • Tracking information is emailed once items are dispatched

  • Contact us at with any queries about your order


Stock availability

  • If you see it on our website and it isn’t market “out of stock” then rest assured it is in stock in our warehouse and just a few days away from being in your hands


Shipping Costs

  • Prices are calculated upon checkout.

  • If orders are undeliverable for any reason whatsoever (for example not collected, customs taxes unpaid) and returned to sender, we can only re-send if an additional shipping charge is paid by the customer.

  • All orders over 2kg in weight will be sent Express as per courier regulations. See our International Orders Information section below for further information regarding cost and availability


Delivery times​

  • Expected delivery time for Australian orders is 7-10 business days

  • Deliveries are sent via Fedex for international Express, and international standard and Sendle in Australia

  • Selected orders may be available via DHL

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame please contact us at

  • Shipping times are an estimate only and Good Bad Golf is not liable for factors outside our control, including but not limited to customs delays, weather and any other unforeseeable circumstances


International Orders Information

  • The customer is required to contact their local postal service if a parcel is delayed, please contact us if you require their details

  • Please note international orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country

  • Please contact your local customs office to find out how much these taxes may be

  • Good Bad Golf has no control over these taxes, nor are they able to be prepaid

  • We will not mark packages as gifts, nor change pricing of goods to attempt to avoid any taxes

  • For DHL orders with taxes owing, if the customer refuses to pay these, the product will be destroyed and no refund given
