  • We have a 30 day no quibble return policy on all accessories. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all accessories (non apparel). Whether you just don't like it or it's not for you, or you simply change your mind we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply return the item back to us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price on the item excluding shipping.

Terms:

  • Must be returned to us within the 30 days.

  • Not available on apparel

  • 30 days starts from receipt of order by Good Bad Golf

  • Shipping costs are not refundable

Standard sales:

  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Items with obvious signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Sale items

  • Only full price items will be refunded, unfortunately all sales of sale price items are final and cannot be refunded.

Apparel

  • All apparel is made to order and cannot therefore be exchanged or refunded if you simply change your mind or it doesn’t fit. Please choose carefully and read the size charts to ensure a proper fit. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at this time. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again. Second, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a significant processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@goodbadgolf.online

  • Exchanges (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@goodbadgolf.online and send your item to the returns address.

  • Shipping
    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    All return shipping costs are at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable. 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary.

  • Return shipping is at your own risk, proof of shipping will be required if items are not received.
